Charter Matrix is DONE

After many many weeks of development and testing we have perfected (ha!) CharterMatrix.com . Now its your turn. We've called, talked and listened to what you wanted from it. Log in and tell us what you think. Your new login can be found in your AirplaneManager.com settings area.

  • Make sure you have the right aircraft marked for "Charter" so that only your charter aircraft show up in CharterMatrix
  • Turn on Export Empty Legs from your AirplaneManager.com aircraft profile to send your empty legs to CharterMatrix
  • Set alerts within CharterMatrix for empty legs that should be emailed to you as soon as they are posted.

FBO data and pricing

Just so everyone knows my job here is to help keep the FBO data updated and fuel pricing current as best possible.  If you find any problems for an FBO profile please call or email me.  My email is on the help page and I call around to the FBO's daily to ask for updates.  We are getting better and better at getting the FBO's to login but we still have much work to do.

Hide FBO Fuel Pricing

Hey everyone,  after we sent out the email asking about feedback for the FBO fuel pricing we received a bunch of emails with good ideas.   We also noticed many of you did not know that we have a "Setting" to hide FBO fuel pricing from the pilot trip sheets.   If you want to hide FBO fuel pricing then simply go to your settings panel and then to "Trip Sheets" and there you can hide it.  Or if you only want to hide it on a per trip basis you can click on the "Settings" above the trip sheets on that trip to hide it for only that trip.

New Marketing App

We are in the process of developing an iPhone and Android app for CharterMatrix.com

CharterMatrix.com will get a complete makeover in an effort to better market your aircraft.

Several of our customers have told me that they currently use Avinode and would like a different option. This is your chance to be heard. Email or call us and let us know if their is a feature you would really like to see on the Charter Matrix website/app.

We will include trip requests, empty legs, airport search and AirplaneManager.com member aircraft quoting.

Hope to hear some great ideas from you.

Charter Marketplace is coming soon

As many of you requested we have been working on the all new version of CharterMatrix.com.   We received so many phone calls from our customers about Charterx/Avinode issues that we decided to step in and help solve that problem.  We are expecting to roll out the new site within the next 10 to 15 days.

New Blog is now live

We have decided to add a news & updates blog to the system.  This we hope will help provide updates to our members and reduce the number of emails we send out.  Please visit this blog anytime you see the number of unread messages pop up in your "Profile" menu tile.  We will post updates, news, and tips on how to use the system.   We will also post information about FBO fuel pricing or contract fuel pricing if it is important.  Please remember that this will replace most emails so please do not expect us to send out many emails in the future.  Thank you
